If you're like me and dread the nuances of navigating lenders for a mortgage, I would encourage you to talk to a mortgage broker. I never considered using a broker until recently. With interest rates and home prices as they are, I found it incredibly beneficial to use Ryan. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the bull by the horns for you. He got me a really good interest rate and was always available to answer any of my questions. His fees are paid by the lender, so you don't pay extra for using his services.

What I like best about Ryan is his no-nonsense, honest feedback. Ryan is uniquely himself, and he will tell you the truth as he sees it with no apologies. It's refreshing! In my case, he unequivocally told me that what I wanted to do with a reverse mortgage was not a good idea. I am more likely to trust someone who has the integrity to be honest even if it doesn't lead to a sale. If and when I DO decide to do a reverse mortgage, Ryan's my choice to help get it done.
